It was a painful and isolating time, leaving me facing a reality I never expected - rebuilding my life from the ground up.
In that moment - alone, over 50 and starting from nothing - I had a wake-up call.
I chose not to stay stuck emotionally, but to begin again and create a new path for myself.
THE REBUILDING THAT FOLLOWED: This is where personal development became more important than before - it became a lifeline.
It helped me shift my mindset, find strenght in uncertainty and slowly rebuild confidence in who I am outside of my past life.
